Chapter Policies
Adventure Larp has a firm stance against bullying and harassment of players both at our events, and between players outside of our events.
If you feel that you are being bullied, or harassed by any player, or staff, at a Adventure Larp event, or if you feel that a player is bullying/harassing you outside of one of our events, we urge you to bring it to the attention of the owner as soon as possible so that we can address the situation as quickly and discreetly as possible. We do not want players at our events that feel it is OK to harass, bully, or make our events uncomfortable for other players.
The game contains mature subject matter, and often player actors portray evil and mean characters. This does not excuse harassing/bullying other players outside of the game, nor is it permissible to use the game to justify harassment/bullying players.
All reports of harassment/bullying of players will be investigated discreetly, and if merit is found, the offending player will be banned from attending any further Adventure Larp events.
Adventure Larp does not permit, nor support the use of illegal drugs at its events. Prescribed drugs allowed by Federal Law are permitted for the use of the prescribed patient only. No Alcohol is ever permitted on site at anytime. In additional Smoking/Vaping is only allowed in outside areas, as is considered illegal for minors. Violators will be subject to removal from the event, Adventure Larp disciplinary actions, and possible legal repercussions depending on the circumstances.
Players that violate the inappropriate contact policy will be subject to removal from the event, Adventure Larp disciplinary actions, and possible legal repercussions depending on the circumstances.
Adventure Larp does not permit firearms for any reason. Violators will be subject to removal from the event, Adventure Larp disciplinary actions, and legal repercussions.
Adventure Larp does not support any form of bigotry, sexism, homophobia, racism, zealotry, or bullying that is done in an out of game context. Violators will be removed from the event, and subject to Adventure Larp disciplinary actions.
Adventure Larp will issue a refund for any canceled events, or an event in the case that a player cannot attend an event that they have paid for. Should a player attend an event, but be forced to leave the event, no refund will be allowed.
Players under the age of 18 must provide legal guardian consent via signed consent form AND speak with the General Manager in person upon leaving the child (aged 16+) at the event.
Minors are not allowed to leave the event ground for any reason during the event.
The legal guardian must meet with the General Manager when picking up any minors from the event, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Everyone attending a Adventure Larp event must have a current (same year) legal and medical release form on file with logistics.
We would also appreciate everyone signing a photo release form, though this form is not required.
