Goblin Points … What are they? How do I get them? Where can I use them? – In this posting we are going to discuss Goblin Points!
NERO is a volunteer organization. We make things work using the energy and resources of our members. Our local chapters accept donations so that they can run the best possible game at a low, yet reasonable cost. We encourage all NERO members to participate in some capacity at all of the NERO LARP chapters they patronize, and we reward those members who do with goblin points.
What are they?
Goblin Points can be used to purchase production items; Scrolls, Potions, Formal Compoents, Formal Scrolls, Cantrip Pages, Coin, Magical Item, Death Buy Backs and Weekly Goblin XP Blankets. The scale and rules governing their use are available on the NERO National Website. These rules have been known to change, so make sure you check the NERO National Website periodically. From time to time Adventure Larp also holds special promotions for members to enter using Goblin Points as a means to enter such promotion.
How do I get them?
Goblin Points are awarded to players who contribute to the local chapter, either be donating ITEMS (Packets, Weapons, Shields, Costume Jewelry, etc) or TIME (NPCing, Staffing, Writing, Cleanup, Setup, etc)
Where can I use them?
You can use them on the nerolarponline.com website, once you login on the left you will find The Goblin Point Exchange. You can go there to redeem goblin points. Some items are always available to claim, other you can only claim when registered for an event, but be sure to take advantage of the Weekly Goblin XP Blankets.
